4baseCare expands cancer profiling panel with 2,206-gene Indiegene V2
The new version comes five years after the company launched Indiegene in August 2021. The original panel, developed using genomic data from Indian cancer patients, covered 1,212 genes and was designed to address gaps in cancer profiling panels that were largely built using datasets from Western populations.
