AI has increased work, not replaced jobs at Policybazaar, says CTO Bibhu Krishna
Policybazaar's chief technology officer states AI writes most of its code. This AI assistance has doubled production releases and expanded engineering tasks. Developers' roles have increased, not been replaced by artificial intelligence. Human oversight remains crucial for customer-facing processes and decision-making. Policybazaar continues to hire developers, emphasising human responsibility over AI skills.
