An idle laptop = a day's leave: Wipro logs into an activity monitor
A workday without logging into a company-provided laptop could now cost a Wipro employee a day’s leave. The IT firm is rolling out a tool to track digital activity as it chases productivity gains and AI returns, following similar employee-monitoring moves by TCS and Cognizant.
