Atomberg files IPO papers for Rs 450-crore fresh issue
Atomberg will use Rs 150 crore for marketing, Rs 100 crore for research and development and Rs 90 crore to repay borrowings. It may also raise up to Rs 90 crore in a pre-IPO placement.
