Bengaluru-based chip company Level Five Cartronics seeks OSAT partners in India
The company has held discussions with Indian OSAT companies including CG Semi, and Kaynes Semicon in Sanand, and Suchi Semicon in Surat, as well as government-run Semiconductor Laboratory (SCL), Mohali, and the Tata group, a senior company executive said. LFC plans to use Indian packaging facilities initially and eventually shift fabrication to the upcoming Tata Electronics-PSMC fab. The company’s chips are used in ADAS, infotainment systems, instrument clusters, and electronic control units.
