Byju’s resolution professional seeks 90-day extension to resolve insolvency
Shailendra Ajmera, the resolution professional from consultancy EY, told the Bengaluru bench of the National Company Law Tribunal on Tuesday that after accounting for periods excluded by earlier court orders, the initial 180-day insolvency period ended on July 29. He has sought an extension of 90 days through a fresh application.
