CCI clears MetLife’s acquisition of additional PNB MetLife stake
The Competition Commission of India has cleared MetLife International Holdings’ acquisition of an additional 0.5% stake in PNB MetLife India Insurance through the green channel route. The transaction involves 10,247,348 shares acquired from Jammu & Kashmir Bank, taking MetLife International’s holding from about 49.73% to 50.23% without changing joint control.
