E2W sales climb 19% in June to 1.81 lakh units
Overall, June EV sales grew 75.27% year-on-year (YoY) to around 1.86 lakh units from 1.06 lakh units in the same period last year. TVS Motor Company retained its lead in the segment with sales of 47,006 units in June, up from 41,558 units in May, followed by Bajaj Auto at 43,234 units, compared with 38,012 units a month earlier. Together, the two incumbents accounted for roughly half the total electric two-wheeler sales.
