Flipkart, Bengaluru traffic police bring AI innovators together to tackle city’s traffic woes
The Gridlock Hackathon second edition saw 33,600 registrations from students, developers and working professionals across India, with participants developing more than 1,100 prototypes using anonymised, real-world traffic datasets. Participants worked on themes including congestion prediction, traffic violation detection, movement-pattern analysis, parking intelligence and mobility decision-making.
