How dispute with sole supplier of an ‘indispensable’ part forced Boeing to halt production of 777 freighter, 767 planes
A dispute with Florida supplier Vaero halted Boeing 777 freighter production for nearly two months and disrupted 767 output, including freighters and KC-46 tankers. Boeing says the disruption cost up to $6.5 million daily.
