InsuranceDekho targets Rs 2,500-3,000 crore IPO, plans September filing
The Gurgaon-based insurance distribution platform is targeting a listing by March 2027 and is eyeing a valuation of around Rs 9,500 crore, they said. The proposed issue is expected to comprise a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale (OFS) by some of the company’s earliest institutional investors, with the primary component likely to be larger.
