Karnataka plans new procurement framework to ease startup tech adoption
The initiative, to be rolled out under Government First, is awaiting Cabinet approval. It will establish an expert committee comprising members from academia, research institutions and industry to evaluate startup technologies for government procurement, state IT/BT secretary N Manjula told ET.
