Siddarth Gandotra resigns as CFO of Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited on August 31, 2026. Hiren Vora will assume the CFO role starting September 1, 2026. Vora brings eighteen years of experience within the Kotak group. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman called for banking sector reform recommendations. A high-powered committee will examine banking's role in Viksit Bharat 2047.
