M3M outbids DLF for Noida land parcel at ₹1,850 crore, more than double reserve price
M3M has emerged as the highest bidder for a 12.5-acre mixed-use plot in Noida's Sector 108, quoting around ₹1,850 crore, more than twice the ₹835-crore reserve price. DLF also participated in the auction, while Godrej Properties did not bid.
