Mavenir, Neysa partner to offer sovereign AI infrastructure to telcos, enterprises
Neysa, founded in 2023 and headquartered in Mumbai, provides AI cloud infrastructure, combining GPU compute, inference, orchestration and AI security. The company announced a capital raise of up to $1.2 billion led by Blackstone in February 2026. Mavenir serves more than 300 operators across over 120 countries, collectively accounting for more than half of the world’s telecom subscribers.
