Microsoft says ‘vast majority’ of US employees are Americans, defends H-1B hiring amid green card freeze
Microsoft defended its hiring practices after the US suspended it from the PERM green-card programme, saying most US employees are American and 80% of about 6,000 recent H-1B applications were for existing employees.
