Mumbai-Goa highway delay: Nitin Gadkari says he feels 'ashamed', vows action against contractors
Union minister Nitin Gadkari says he feels ashamed over delays in the Mumbai-Goa highway widening project and will inspect the entire route in October. He also says he would blacklist contractors and suspend officials responsible for delays or poor execution.
