NCLT grants Hornet founder interim relief in dispute with Artha Venture Fund
In an interim order viewed by ET dated June 25, the Kolkata Bench directed that the board resolutions passed on February 2, 2026, which led to Haldar's removal from the company's leadership, should not be given effect until further hearings.
