Prestige Estates to ramp up property launches 2.5 times to ₹40,000 crore in H2 FY27; which cities will see new projects?
Prestige Estates plans residential launches worth ₹40,000 crore across 5 cities in the second half of FY27, nearly 2.5 times value launched in the first half. The company reported ₹13,804.3 crore in pre-sales during April–September and targets ₹35,000–36,000 crore in sales bookings this fiscal year.
