Sebi releases consultation paper on separate rulebook for clearing corporations; seeks public comments till Aug 27
Sebi has proposed streamlining rules for stock exchanges and clearing corporations by introducing a separate Master Circular for clearing corporations, removing duplicate provisions and simplifying the regulatory framework. Public comments are invited till Aug 27.
