Shiprocket to launch IPO in 1-2 weeks at a valuation of Rs 7,000 crore
Shiprocket is also expected to file a revised prospectus with updated financials before launching the issue. The company, after receiving a nod from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its confidential filing in November 2025, had filed an updated draft red herring prospectus with plans for a Rs 2,342-crore IPO, which included Rs 1,100 crore in fresh capital funding. However, the company may now reduce the size of its public issue, said people in the know.
