Tata Sons row: Tata Trusts gets more time to respond to 'interference' claims | What Venu Srinivasan, Vijay Singh allege
The Maharashtra Charity Commissioner has given the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust until October 19 to respond to governance complaints by trustees Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh, who allege the trust interfered in Tata Sons’ commercial decisions and sought to restrict Srinivasan’s role in proposed listing.
