UK regulator to probe TikTok on child safety measures
Britain's media regulator has launched an investigation into TikTok. Ofcom will assess TikTok's child protection measures and content filtering systems. This follows a government ban on social media for users under sixteen. TikTok denies any breaches and states it meets its obligations. The regulator has not yet reached any conclusions on the matter.
