Andhra Pradesh commercial tax collections rise 18 pc to Rs 30,436 cr in H1
Andhra Pradesh’s commercial tax collections rose 18% year-on-year to Rs 30,435.98 crore during April-September 2026, with September recording the highest monthly collection so far. Net GST collections increased 18% to Rs 19,635.49 crore in the first half of FY 2026-27, while September net GST rose 14.10%. The state attributed the growth to stronger compliance, enforcement, economic activity and technology-led tax monitoring.
