IndiaTech seeks rethink of turnover-linked gig worker social security levy
Under the Code on Social Security, 2020, aggregators are required to contribute 1-2% of annual turnover towards social security for gig and platform workers, subject to a cap of 5% of the amount paid or payable to such workers.
